This retreat is set in a beautiful and unique location that works in harmony with nature. In Kanha National Park you will experience five nights in a luxury, tented, jungle eco-camp overlooking a water oasis amidst a verdant foliage of trees teeming with bird life. Maharaja inspired, spacious, luxurious, air-conditioned tents have been created with individual verandahs to while away the hours soaking in the sights and sounds of life around the water oasis. The tiger reserve harbours a mosaic of vegetation types including meadows and woodlands in the valleys, extensive grasslands on the plateaus, dense forests in the hilly tracts, and numerous perennial streams and ponds in the valley that supports swamp vegetation. The reserve is best known for conserving three endangered species, the tiger, hard ground barasingha, and wild dog and is also the habitat for many other mammals, hundreds of bird species and reptiles.

Budget $700-1000 for international return flights to Mumbai/Delhi in November 2024, and $120-$150 for domestic return flights from Mumbai/Delhi to Raipur– approx. 1.5 hr domestic flight. You will need a visa to enter India which is easy to apply for online. We can guide you further with flights and the visa.

ABOUT HEENA
I am a trauma-informed yoga, meditation and mindset coach, and international retreat leader focusing on helping people experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, back pain, and sleep issues.
Yoga has transformed my life, and given me strength through the most challenging moments, and my mission is to share the most powerful tools I’ve learnt on my wellness journey over the last 20 years.
Along with training in Hatha Yoga with Indian gurus, I have completed specialised training in therapeutic techniques in Yoga for Anxiety, and therapeutic techniques in Yoga for PTSD, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Mindset Coaching, Sound Energy Therapy & Vibroacoustic massage with Himalayan singing bowls, Nada Yoga, and Children and Teen Yoga. I have also completed Continued Professional Development in Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, and Traditional Yoga Physiology, and I am enrolled in long term studies in Vedanta.
My approach is gentle and compassionate, and nothing brings me more joy than guiding people from wherever they are, into a state of deep calm and rest. I believe that yoga can benefit anyone regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, flexibility, shape, or mobility.

ABOUT LISA
I have been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. I am based in the US, and currently live with my husband, Dylan and our three rescue animals (a dog and two cats) in Falmouth, MA.
I first got serious about my practice after a series of terrible panic attacks. Yoga and meditation were two of the key tools that saved my life and helped restore my physical and mental health at that time.
Now part of my purpose is to guide others with what I’ve learned, to navigate and transform the difficulties they face, into opportunities to live a more vibrant, healthy and meaningful life.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Qualified Yoga Guide with Yoga Unify. I have completed Teacher Trainings in Classical Ashtanga Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
I also completed a 200 Hour Yoga Philosophy Certificate Program through Embodied Philosophy and many other trainings and courses. I am committed to sharing the practices I have learned in a way that is well suited to modern living, but remains grounded in knowledge, appreciation, and respect for the traditions of yoga and its origins.
